How does Online work? 
You purchase the course.  You will receive an order confirmation email which will contain a link to download your course content.  Complete the course requirements (Theory Test) and return to us on the email below.  Your Certificate will then be issued to you.  YOU WILL ALSO BE ASKED FOR YOUR ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE TO SHOW YOU ARE ALREADY TRAINED IN THIS TREATMENT. 
 
If we do not receive your original Certificate, we will not issue a Certificate and no refund will be given.
